DESIGN
- If you wish to receive a quote please fill out an enquiry form. Once you are happy to go ahead, a 30% deposit is required to secure a booking. This is fully refundable up until the commencement date of your project.

- A brand discovery call will take place on the commencement date of your project. We will then schedule weekly alteration meetings up until the conclusion of your project.

- All meetings take place via zoom and run for approx. 40 minutes (Australian Eastern Standard Time).
- Project turnaround times range from 2-6 weeks depending on the size and complexity of your project.
- Clients will receive PNG & AI. files to work with, as well as a style guide referencing all fonts and colours that your new look features. See home page for style guide example.
- Please keep in mind there may be multiple people enquiring to commence on the same date. To avoid losing your desired start date, the deposit must be paid in order for your booking to be secured. First in best dressed!
- All print orders take an estimated 1-2 weeks to be processed and delivered.
- What is the ‘print organisation fee’ on my print invoice? This covers the time it takes your lovely designer to process your order. E.g ensuring the document is print-ready, arranging special finish layers such as foils and most importantly, gorgeous prints delivered to your door hassle-free.
- Print orders are shipped to Design By Al and checked for errors, then re-directed to your provided address.
WEB DESIGN
- Minimum 6 week turnover for a basic website build.

- Design By Al offers web design services upon request (only to existing clients, no external brands sorry).
- What should I have prepared prior to getting a website designed? It helps if the client is prepared behind the scenes with content such as photographs and copy write ready to go. As well as a mood board or inspiration for your desired style of website.
CONTENT CREATION/PHOTOGRAPHY
